Jacksonville State University President Plagiarism

Hi,

I have been reading some interesting post recently about plagiarism, especially regarding Jacksonville State University president William Meehan. If he had only used Viper, to check through his dissertation before handing it in, all this trouble would have been avoided :).

The rules on plagiarism are getting tougher each year; you must cite your work perfectly with all references included. You can receive harsh punishment for just miss quoting references!!

I urge you not to make the same stupid mistake and just check your work with a quick scanner before you hand it in!

There are a few plagiarism scanners available, Turnitin’s Write Check, Dustball, but Viper is the only one that’s free!

For more information go to www.scanmyessay.com (just a warning the sites not great! :) but the new one will be launched soon!! yea!!)

thanks

  2. Hi ryan,

1 question for you: what does it mean in the programme "full PR" and "filtered PR". What's the difference?

    cheers bye

  3. Full PR:
Document's Plagiarism Rating calculated for all plagiarism fragments identified.

    Filtered PR:
Document's Plagiarism Rating calculated for fragments above certain length.

  5. Great ! I am looking for a good scanner from a long time but didn't get any good one yet. What is the specialization of plagiarism scanners. I would love to go for free one first before purchasing. Let me try..How does it go.
